Telephone support is available for a fee. It must be scheduled in advance. Email support@concussionvitalsigns.com and provide three time and dates when you would like to speak. The request must originate from the email address of record and include your account number and the topic you would like to discuss. There is a charge of $65 per phone call(20 minutes or less). Have your account number and credit card number available at the start of the call.
